a) Storage Integrations

When you connect external storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox), dMonk uses read-only access to analyze your files and generate Augmented Metadata such as summaries, extracted text, smart labels, grouping information, and search references. This Augmented Metadata is stored in your account to help you organize, search, and retrieve your information more efficiently in the future. We do not store or copy your original files from third-party platforms unless you explicitly request it. The Augmented Metadata contains only derived text and contextual information, not the full file in its native format, and remains under your control you can export or permanently delete it at any time. For language processing, we use the Mistral LLM, whose data privacy practices are aligned with the European Union’s data protection regulations and applicable AI governance laws.
